4. Intellectual Property

• All platform software, design, and branding are owned by Nyayatech Services Private Limited
• Users retain ownership of their uploaded data
• Users grant us a limited license to process data solely for providing services

5. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for case outcomes, delays, or decisions made using platform data

7. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms
• Restrict access to protect platform integrity or legal compliance

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Courts located in AP & TG shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
