Cancellations and Refunds Policy

This policy outlines the rules for cancellations and refunds at Nyayatech.
1. Subscription & Service Nature
- The platform offers digital services and subscriptions
- Access is provided immediately upon successful payment
2. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting support
- Cancellation will stop future billing cycles
- Access will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not applicable due to the digital nature of services.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Payment was charged incorrectly
- A duplicate payment occurred
- Service was not activated due to a technical issue attributable to us
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refunds will be provided for:
- Partial usage of the subscription period
- Change of mind after service activation
- Account suspension due to policy violations
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
